What is the effect of pressing the pattern on the keel machine
On the keel machine, it is often applied to the function of pressing the pattern, used for decoration, or pressing the company’s logo. The design of the embossed die is similar to the design of the rotary die, except that the depth of embossing is different. For some thin material embossing, usually do not need to drive, but for some thick material embossing, usually require a greater pressure, you need to install a driving device.
Reasonable design of embossing die can avoid some problems during embossing. If the design is unreasonable, the keel profile will just produce stress deformation distortion during embossing, especially in deeper and denser embossing, problems are more likely to occur. However, some minor modifications can be straightened by the straightening device at the rear of the forming machine. However, for some profiles with large embossing and large depth, large deformation will occur, which may even affect the cross-sectional length of the product profile. In this case, the leveler cannot be used for leveling.
In the design, it is worth noting that the use of symmetrical embossing on both sides can reduce the deformation of the profile. If it is not symmetrical, the pressure on one side may push the profile to the side.
