Under normal circumstances, each color steel tile press equipment will have a long service life, the normal service life of the general model of single plate tile press equipment is between 8 years and 10 years. However, the equipment purchased by many users has not reached our expected service life. The main factor is that the user does not use the tile press equipment reasonably. To give a simple example: if the service life of an engine device is 10,000 hours, it will be extended by thousands of hours if the rules of use are reasonable. Otherwise, it will be damaged in advance. Many users’ unreasonable use of equipment mainly manifests in:

(1) If the equipment is not used in accordance with the operation procedures and the regulations are not used, continuous overload will cause serious damage to the machine.

(2) During the construction, the construction conditions were unreasonable and the construction conditions were not created. The roads were uneven and dusty. The plunger pair, fuel injector, crankshaft bush and other places are severely worn, and the sprocket chain running mechanism will also increase the wear.

(3) If the maintenance is not timely, the various filter elements cannot be replaced in time, or even the filter elements are removed.

(4) Failure to pay attention to the effect of temperature on the service life of the tile press equipment. The temperature is too low, which affects the fuel evaporation, and the heat loss is large. The viscosity of the lubricating oil is large, the working capacity of the battery is reduced, resulting in difficulty in starting the engine and increased wear of the machine parts; the temperature is too high . The lubricating oil becomes thinner, the pressure of the engine oil decreases, and the oiliness becomes worse, which aggravates the wear of the machine parts. At high temperatures, parts such as clutches and brakes will also be burned due to strong friction.
