The decoiler device is devided into three kind of types. They are manual decoiler, electrical decoiler, hydraulic decoiler.

The first type, manual decoiler. The bearing capacity of the manual decoiler is 7-9 tons. The decoiler can apply to 1.25/1.2/1.0 m coil width. It need workers to put the coil into the decoiler. The applicable inside diameter of the manual decoiler is between 250mm and 450mm. As it don’t have the driving force,the speed of the decoiling is slow.

The second type, electrical decoiler. The electrical decoiler is added one electrical motor ,it more convinent. As it has the driving force, the speed of the decoiling is quick. The bearing capacity of the electrical decoiler is 7-9 tons.The inside diameter is 250mm and 450 mm. The decoiler can apply to 1.25/1.2/1.0 mm coil width.

The third type, hydraulic decoiler. It is more stable than electrical decoiler. And it is added one limit switch ,so that can avoid the speed of the decoiler and the roll forming device is not the same. The bearing capacity of the hydraulic decoiler is 7-9 tons. The decoiler can apply to 1.20/1.2/1.0mm coil width. The inside diameter can be automatic adjusted.
