Talking about the relationship between slitting machine and iron core quality

It is important to know that the burr size of the iron core is an important indicator of the quality of the iron chip slitting. The large burr will not only cause inter-circuit short circuit and increase eddy current loss, but also seriously affect the size and quality of the stack and increase the iron loss. Therefore, punching and shearing workers are required to do everything possible to meticulously operate to minimize burrs or take some means to remove the burrs that have been generated.

In the slitting process of slitting machine, there are more or less burrs. The transformer is allowed to have a burr height below 0.03mm, otherwise it must be pressed. In fact, if the die gap is reasonable, the two cracks starting from the edge of the punch and the die will be connected in a straight line. The minimum size of the blanking workpiece obtained is equal to the size of the punch, and the maximum size is equal to the die. The quality of the workpiece is Good.

Therefore, when installing the cutter in the slitting machine, the operator must carefully find the alignment to ensure that the center line of the upper die overlaps, is not eccentric, and does not intersect. The gap around the cutting edge is even to prevent contact on one side and then on the other. In addition to requiring mold designers to correctly select mold materials, structures, and clearances; manufacturing personnel must strictly handle the processing, fine grinding and other keys to make the molds qualified, and they must also put strict requirements on the operators.

In addition to burrs, the processing quality of the slitting machine is also reflected in the straightness of the core. The deviation of the cutting edge is a reaction of the size of the internal stress. This internal stress cannot be eliminated by the slitting machine. Elimination of internal stress should proceed from the material itself. During slitting, the deviation of the cutting edge determines the straightness of the material.

Usually this deviation forms an arc with different convexities and concaves, radiating about half, and the maximum allowable arc height should not exceed 0.8mm within 1.5m. Due to the error caused by the

fluctuation interference of power supply, air source, hydraulic system, oil temperature, etc., only voltage stabilization, decompression and constant pressure devices can be added to these power systems; for electronic systems, various shields must also be added, To prevent various interference. Under the existing conditions, the operator is required to be familiar with the various control systems and adjustment methods of the equipment, so as to achieve out-of-tolerance, find the cause in time, and deal with it.
