As customer’s request, we use the improved structure baffle for the roll forming machines to make the machine more stronger.

The baffle is cast iron, the thickness is min 40mm, easy for adjust the rollers.

The punch mould made according to the exact size from customer, and it controled by oil punch station, it is working automatic when the roll forming machine working.

 

All the datas is adjustable and set in PLC computer program (Delta or Mitsubishi)

We also provide Chinese, English, Spanish, Russia, France, Arab, Japan, Korea languages as customer’s requirement.

Servo motor no-stop tracking cutting make the machine high speed, 25-30m/min, and the error of the product is +/-1.5mm.

We can give the machine any color painting as customer’s requirement.
