In the past, it was just flat paper. However, after a period of improvement, it is believed that the hardness of corrugated profiles is better than that of flat metal roofs, so that workers can easily process them, so many types of stepped tile profiles have been developed.

Although they are more beautiful and sturdy, they still need to be fixed on the roof with screws. The positions of these bolts will be exposed to sunlight over time, will rust, and rain will seep inside, thereby damaging the interior of the project.

Despite its anti-rust properties, there is still a gap between the two plates. In thunderstorm areas, rainwater can still enter along the internal gap.

So far, the type of corrugated cardboard that can completely overcome the above shortcomings is the “SEAMLOCK” cardboard, and the two sides of the Seamlock roof panel are folded twice with special tools to help prevent rain, storms, and cyclones.
