Let me introduce the two types of roller shutter roll forming machine

Re to the first type of roll forming machine, based frame is
welded by the U channels and covered with 0.5mm thick metal sheet. The wall
plate of roll forming part is 22mm thick steel plate welded on based frame,
which is non-detachable and not convenient to adjust or change rollers. The
material of rollers and shafts are 45# steel with hard chrome plating. It
applies to some clients who need the machine to serve only one project.

Re to the
second type of roll forming machine. based frame is welded by 20mm thick steel
plate. The wall plate of roll forming part is archway type heavy steel plate
screwed on the based frame, which is removable and easy to adjust or change
rollers. The roller material is Cr12, shaft material is 45# carbon wrought steel.

Compared
with the first generation, both its working speed and machine structure are
improved, speed is higher and structure is more convenient. It is used to
produce small orders, 4-hour working time every day is better for it.

Re to
the third generation of roll forming machine, the based frame is welded by
steel square pipes covered with 2mm paint steel plate. The wall plate of roll
forming part is the cast iron screwed on the based frame, which is the whole
part, does not have any weld, can not be affected by the stresses after long
time fast working. The roller material is Cr12, shaft material 40Cr.

Compared
with second generation, its precision is higher, working condition is more
stable and service lift is longer. It can ensure the precise forming even
24-hour works everyday.

Re to
the fourth generation of roll forming machine, the based frame is welded by
steel square pipes covered with 2mm paint steel plate, which takes with door
and ventilation holes. The wall plate of roll forming part is the cast iron
screwed on the based frame, which is the whole part, does not have any weld,
can not be affected by the stresses after long time fast working. The roller
material is Cr12, shaft material 40Cr. The brands of all the electric components
are Mitsubishi and Schneider, and the quality of electric motor and hydraulic
is more higher. The whole roll forming machine is covered with protective
shield.
