produces track profiles, which is u section, usually the sizes is 51mm, 76mm,
101mm, the thickness is from 0.3mm to 0.7mm. It is used as drywall profiles,
works together with metal stud.
For metal furring channel roll forming
machine, it produce furring channels, which is omega section. It is used as
ceiling profiles
For wall angle roll forming machine, it
produces v sections, which is used as corner bead for drywall or ceiling. Its
sizes are 25mm*25mm or 31mm*31mm
For main channel roll forming machine, also
named carrying channel roll forming machine. it produces u section, which is
smaller than stud profiles, used for ceiling profiles.

There are also two profiles named CD and
UD, which are works together for bearing gypsum boar. Their thickness is from
0.4mm to 0.6mm, sizes are 60mm*27mm and 28mm*27mm. Before we design one double
line roll forming machine for producing two profiles. But now we recommend two
single line roll forming machine to produce those two profiles separately.
