1.First of all, electricians must be familiar with the types and performance of electrical circuits and electrical equipment in the workshop. They do not fully understand the performance of electrical equipment, and risky operations are prohibited.

2. The electrician should check the cable, motor, electric console and other equipment regularly every day. If any problems are found during the inspection, they must be dealt with in a timely manner. When checking the temperature of the motor, first check that there is no electricity, and then test with the back of the hand.

3. For some power outage operations, when there is an electric body less than 0.9 meters away from the maintenance personnel, dry wood rubber or insulating materials shall be used for reliable temporary shelter.

4. When using electric tools, there is protection against electric shock.

5. Except for temporary construction electricity or temporary measures, temporary wires are not allowed, lights, instrumentation tools, welding machines and other application-safe switches and sockets are not allowed. The original electrical circuit must not be changed without authorization.

6. When it is found that any conductive part of the equipment is grounded, it is not allowed to get close except to rescue the electric shock before the power is cut off. It is 4 meters away from the surroundings and 1.8 meters away from the room to avoid stepping voltage damage.

7. Regularly overhaul and maintain electrical equipment according to regulations, and unused electrical equipment wiring should be completely removed.

8. When using the ladder, the angle between the ladder and the scene should be 60 degrees. When using the ladder in the cement scene, there must be anti-skid measures and someone must hold the ladder.

9.When repairing the color steel equipment, pull down the switch and the knife, and the warning sign “No contract, someone working” must be hung on the switch and the knife. Hang the warning sign of “stop, high voltage danger”, and the warning sign of “should work here” should be hung on the work place.
