Today, we loaded a glazed tile roll forming machine into container for our customer Edger who come from Mexico. He is a distributor of building material and he import glazed tile from China before. In order to decrease cost and increase profit, he decided to buy a machine to produce glazed tile by himself. After a long time conversation, he confirmed the order. And now we have finished machine inspection, and he agreed to loading container. We adopt industrial waterproof and dustproof bag to pack machine, it will prevent water and dust get into machine during shipping period, it can guarantee the machine stay a good function when customer get it. We adopt 10mm galvanized wire rope and 4 ton belt to double reinforce the machine in the container. It can guarantee the machine in container is stable and won’t be damaged. After finished reinforcement, our QC manager of loading container will double check the machine and reinforcement. Then take picture and send Edger, and let him do not worry about his machine, we have fix his machine into container very well. Also we take complete video about our loading container process. After Edger check this video, he will know how we loading container, and it will be more easier for him to unload quickly and safely.
