The structure of the partition wall roll forming machine

The roll forming machine consists of a 3 ton manual decoiler, chain drive, forming roll, main machine (including guide platform), cutting, hydraulic system and stacker.

The entire production process (including punching and cutting) is controlled by PLC. If different manufacturing sizes are required, the spacer sleeve can be adjusted manually.

Coiler loading → guided feed (to guide the metal plate to the first forming station) → rolling and forming → shearing → stacker used up
