Whether the ratio of its chemical elements is qualified determines whether the raw material of the wheel is qualified.

How can our customers distinguish whether the material is qualified?

We can ask the machine manufacturer for a factory acceptance report for materials. Raw materials from regular manufacturers will be accompanied by such a qualified report. Small factories generally do not have such a report. If there is no such  qualified report, it is unknown whether the raw material is qualified. If the raw materials are not qualified, neither our processing nor heat treatment will meet the qualified standards. Secondly, the heat treatment process must be reasonable, and its standard is that the hardness reaches 55 degrees after the treatment.

What if the hardness of this wheel does not reach 55 degrees?

If the hardness is less than 55 degrees, the wheel will wear out. If the hardness is higher than 55 degrees, the wheel will be damaged. Therefore, the hardness of the wheel should be reasonable.
