1. Measurement pay-off

1) According to the axis and elevation line on the main structure, according to the design requirements, the installation position line of the supporting skeleton is accurately springed onto the main structure.

2) Type out all the embedded parts and re-measure their dimensions.

3) The distribution error should be controlled when measuring the pay-off, not the accumulation of errors.

4) The measurement of pay-off should be carried out under the condition that the wind force is not greater than the fourth level. After the line is released, it should be checked in time to ensure the correctness of the verticality of the curtain wall and the position of the

column.

2. Install connectors

Welding and fixing the connector and the embedded part on the main structure. When the pre-buried iron piece is not embedded in the main structure, an expansion bolt can be punched in the main structure to fix it with the connecting iron piece.

3. Install the skeleton

According to the position of the spring line, the rust-prevented post is fixed to the connection piece by welding or bolts. During installation, the elevation and center line position should be checked at any time. For the large-area and high-rise external wall aluminum curtain wall skeleton column, it must be measured with a measuring instrument and a wire drop to correct its position to ensure that the skeleton vertical rod is straight and flat. The deviation of the elevation of the column installation should not be greater than 3.

4. Installation panel

Hang the pre-processed panel on the keel according to the layout picture provided by the design. Connect the panel and the keel with a matching aluminum hanger. First, hang the metal pressure plate of the same horizontal layer on the keel lightly. Adjust the horizontal and vertical of the panel first. Check the board seam again. The board seam width should be in accordance with the design requirements. The board seam width is uniform. After the requirements are met, the 20mm long and 6mm thick stainless steel screws on the matching aluminum pendant are tightened and the upper plate is installed.
