This is gearbox transmission highway
guardrail roll forming machine, very

The machine can use material thickness
range is up to 4mm, gear box transmission, the structure frame of the machine
we adopt new type whole piece cast iron, double bearing will make the machine
working more smoothly.

This highway guardrail roll forming machine
line include 5 ton manual decoiler, leveling station, pre-punch die- roll
forming station, PLC control system, hydraulic cutting system and run out
table.
The manual decoiler is free for each machine,
it can hold 3 ton strips, and normally the space between manual decoiler and
the machine is 3 meters.
Feeding table has 5 set roller to make the
strip flattening, and the punch machine can punch any size hole at bottom or
side of the product as customer’s request.
We also provide quick change size from two
wave to 3 wave, it is only change the forming station and cutter, so will be
save cost.

As customer’s request, there are total 4 set punching station on line working,
two set for punch hole on the flange, and two set for punch hole at the bottom
of C channel.
All the roller and cutter we use Cr12 steel
with chromeplate treatment to make sure the the roller more stronger and not
scratch the surface of produce, and the cutter more harder and long lived.
The machine total power is 22kw, and
hydraulic cutting power 5.5kw.
20-22 roller forming station and seven
piece leveling station, shaft diameter 115mm.

All the datas is adjustable and set up in
PLC computer program (Delta or Mitsubishi)
We also provide Chinese, English, Spanish,
Russia, France, Arab, Japan, Korea languages as customer’s requirement.
We can give the machine any color painting
as customer’s requirement.
