Glazed tile machine technology introduction
The pressing part of the glazed tile machine is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move the mold up and down, which can press the color steel into many knots, like a glazed tile. The cutter part is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to move the cutter up and down, which can cut off the colored steel tiles.
The production process is as follows: the colored steel plate enters the forming part of the roller table, and after forming, it is pressed into the embossing part and pressed into equal distances one by one. The cutter is responsible for fixed-length cutting.
Introduction of control: The execution part has inverter-driven motor, hydraulic station motor, two hydraulic solenoid valves of pressure type, and two hydraulic solenoid valves of cutter.
The detection part includes: pulse encoder to detect the length of the color steel tile, the up and down stroke switch of the profile, the up and down stroke switch of the cutter, the up and down operation button of the profile, the up and down stroke button of the cutter, the emergency stop switch, the hydraulic start and stop switch and many more.
PLC selects KDN-K306-24AR of KDN-K3 series. It has 14 inputs/10 relay outputs, which just meet the input and output requirements. With KDN text screen, parameter setting, alarm display, help information, production data display and so on can be completed.
There are many parameters to be set for the glazed tile machine, which can be set with a text screen. There are two types of parameter settings: device parameters and user parameter settings. The equipment parameters are: single pulse length, overshoot, pressing distance, pressing time, cutting time and so on. User parameters are: number of sheets, length, knot, end knot, pitch, knot number, etc.
