Factors affecting the service life of photovoltaic support equipment
1. For the steel used in the photovoltaic support equipment industry, there should be no cracks, scars, folds, hemp, bubbles, and inclusions on the steel materials, so as to ensure the normal use of steel materials.
2. The surface of the steel used in the photovoltaic support equipment must not have rust, pitting, scratches and indentation, and its depth should not be greater than the thickness of the dry steel. The negative allowable deviation value needs to be about one-half.
3. The corrosion level of the steel surface used on the photovoltaic support equipment must be able to meet the national standards, and can meet the grade C or above specified in GB8923. When using the C-level in the manufacturing of photovoltaic support equipment, it should be thoroughly derusted.
4. There should be no defects such as delamination and slag inclusion on the end or fracture of the steel used in the photovoltaic mounting equipment, otherwise, once used in the manufacturing of the photovoltaic support equipment, it will affect the service life of the photovoltaic support equipment.
