In order to keep the product shape and
precision, cast iron structure, motor reducer drive, chain transmission, roller
surfaces polishing, hard plating , heat treatment and galvanizational treatment
. The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep
the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being
stamped.

one roller mold is made up by two parts see
follow ,you can used the spacers add in the two parts of the roller mold to
changed the sizes of it then can manufactured different sizes of profiles.
