Composition of composite board equipment
1. Main frame
The frame of the composite board equipment is a frame structure with three small upper and lower wheel frames. Each roller frame is equipped with several pairs of rubber rollers. The upper and lower rubber rollers are in the same horizontal plane. In the production of corrugated cardboard, the small roller frame will be raised and then placed in the equipped block. When producing flat plates, only the pads should be removed.
2. Unwinding device
The main machine is equipped with a color steel plate unwinding device, and the brake uses a friction plate to adjust the tension of the color steel plate to keep it moderate.
3. Uniform glue mechanism
The main machine is equipped with a glue dispensing and a uniform glue mechanism. The color steel plate composite board production line uses a metering pump to deliver glue. The glue is evenly dropped on the color board through the drop tube. Homogenize the glue* Mix the two glues evenly. Compared with the glue-drop method, the glue-drop homogenization method has a simple structure, reduces air pollution, and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
4. Correction device
The main machine is equipped with two sets of correcting devices, namely upper and lower correcting devices. The upper rectifying device adopts large-diameter stainless steel rollers with adjustable width. The lower correction device adopts thread adjustment, which is fast and easy.
5. Electric heating device
The host is equipped with 6 sets of infrared electric heating devices, these devices can produce composite boards at low temperatures by the equipment.
6. Vacuum device
Use the suction fan to suck the chips generated in the production process into the dust suction device.
7. Electrical control device
The electrical control of the main board of the composite board equipment is composed of an AC contactor and a frequency converter. The speed of the host and the speed of the rubber pump are controlled by frequency conversion and speed regulation. It can also form a synchronization mechanism with the corrugating machine to achieve the speed uniformity between the two, which provides a guarantee for product production.
