1. The steel bracket is stable in function, sophisticated in manufacturing process, high in bearing capacity, and simple in installation. It has been widely used in civil and industrial solar photovoltaic and solar power stations. In the meantime, the section steels are all produced by the factory, with consistent standards, stable functions, excellent anti-corrosion functions, and beautiful appearance. Especially, it is a combined steel support system. Its on-site device only needs to assemble the channel steel with the specially described connecting parts. The construction speed is fast, no welding, and then the integrity of the anticorrosion layer is ensured. The shortcomings of the combined steel bracket system are the messy connection technology and complicated varieties, and the high demand for production and depiction.
2. Aluminum alloy brackets are usually used for solar energy roofing applications in civil buildings. Aluminum alloys have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, light weight and beautiful use. The common grade is 6063 alloy. But its bearing capacity is low and it cannot be used in solar power station projects; the price of aluminum alloy is higher than that of hot-dip galvanized steel.
3. Concrete supports are mainly used in large-scale photovoltaic power stations. Because of large weight, they can only be placed outdoors and in areas with good foundations; but they have high stability and can support large-scale solar panels
