1. Reason

After a number of production practice discussions, the reason is mainly due to the unreasonable planning of the main beam behind it and the front elevator. If the hardness is not reached, it will be easy to make such mistakes. It is also possible that the gap between the rack, hinge, and transmission pair is too large, resulting in unstable structure.

2. To deal with the problem of belt vibration, we need to improve the planning structure of the slitting machine and set the main beam and elevator correctly. If it is not achieved, then the method to prevent oscillation should be adopted, that is, to eliminate the vibration source and evacuate the resonance zone.
