C section steel production process
C beam is formed by cold bending of hot-rolled plate, with thin wall, light dead weight, section performance and high strength. Compared with traditional channel steel, the same strength can save 30% of material.
The first step is to release the material.Large thick-walled C-section steel is made by cold bending of hot-rolled plate, with thin wall, light dead weight, good section performance and high strength. Compared with traditional channel steel, the same strength can save 30% of materiaThe second step is flattening. This will require the full assistance of the large thick-walled C-section molding machines and the supervision of the workers. The third step is shaping. At this point, the C-section has a basic shape. Then the fourth step is shaping. At this point we can basically see the “C” shape of the steel. And then the fifth step is straightening. The light has the shape also not to be good, also must slowly correct, the C section steel specification must accord with the national standard.
The sixth step is to measure the length.I won’t go into the details of this step, but it’s a necessary step.
The seventh step is to punch and pull the rib round hole. It’s almost there by now.
The eighth step is to punch the elliptical connection hole. This step is purely a continuation of the previous step.
In the last step, cut off the molding. This step is the specific specification of the large thick – walled C beam.Never be careless.
