This equipment has excellent performance such as high production efficiency, low raw material waste, and simple operation. The machine consists of two wire wrapping machines and a main unit that can punch and cut nine barbed tapes.

This equipment is designed for the professional production of blade gill nets and is mainly divided into two parts:

1、 Steel strip cutting part: JB-23 press machine is used, with a pressure of 25T

1. Maximum speed of 100r/min, power of 2.2kw

2. The production of blade gill nets with lengths of 25mm, 22mm, 15mm, 11mm, etc. requires the setting of molds for various specifications.

3. Cut the steel strip into 9 steel strip pieces, with a production thickness of 0.5mm per hour, a blade length of 22mm, and 80kgs of steel strip pieces

2、 The wire wrapping forming machine is used to wrap steel wires and blade steel strips together and make the required circular long mesh.
